Product Description
Based on the magnetic beads purification method, M403 can be used on extracting high quality nucleic acids from different Saliva & Swab samples. The lysis/binding buffer is completed in one step, and the whole process is less than 35 minutes. The extraction kits are applicable for automatic nucleic acid extractors (magnetic beads method or pipetting method) as well as the manual operation via Magnet holder.

Storage
Be stable for more than 12 months at RT (15-25)°C. Buffer MLK may form precipitates at low temperatures. If precipitates occur, please re-dissolve them in a 37°C water bath before use.
